Karen Trulove

CFO / Production Manager

Karen is one of the founders and partners of Preferred Print, and currently manages the graphic design, printing production, and shipping departments.

Michael Carrus

Director of Technology Services
Michael is a seasoned marketing professional with over 15 years experience executing strategy and increasing ROI through proper development prior to execution, with a particular talent for identifying and reversing negative spending in marketing initiatives.  Michael is a search marketing expert and has developed and executed strategy for several organizations such as Equifax, Auto Nation, AT&T, Environmental Protection Agency, and Infinity Broadcasting.

Jonathan Corish

Head Web Designer / Project Coordinator

Jonathan is responsible for oversight and execution of all Icon website design projects. He has designed over 100 websites, from small business websites to publicly traded companies. Jonathan has over 10 years of design experience and has worked as a freelance designer for companies such as Mercedes Benz, Instyle Magazine, Glamour (Germany), Esquire Magazine (UK), Mode Magazine, Buick, Vogue Magazine (Germany), Madame Figaro Magazine (Japan), Clarks, Wellfit Magazine (Germany), among others. In his three years with Icon, Jonathan has become proficient as an SEO website design specialist, creating websites that are specifically created for search engine optimization purposes. Luciane Sousa

Website Designer / Programming

Lucie is a leading web designer as well as our resident programming whiz! She handles the installation and configuration of e-commerces, blogs, forum software, web applications, and any other database-driven site functionality. She deals with PHP, ASP, XML and more. She is from the magical country of Brasil and is currently furthering her web studies at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. See some of Lucie's work

Robert Rand

Director of Operations

Robert was was educated at NYU Poly, and is responsible for Icon's IT, Servers, Hosting, E-mail Marketing, Merchant Services, Social Networking, Copyrighting, Proofing, Purchasing, Human Resources and other support services that help our company and our clients to perform day in and day out. Robert is also responsible for custom printing projects at our sister company, preferredprint.com, helping our clients to represent themselves with a wide range of printing solutions. Many clients know Robert best for his expertise in working with them to plan and manage their Website Design and Internet Marketing projects here at Icon.
