GWC specializes in producing virtually any type of content/copy for the web, including articles, custom web copy, press releases, improvements to/rewrites of existing content, blog posts, FAQs, newsletters, e-mailers, keyword selection, synopses, white papers, instructional materials, personal profiles, mission statements, testimonials, link building services, line editing, and custom content requests.
1. Because every customer's needs are different and every project is unique, GWC does not provide set pricing points for content prior to fully understanding the objective and scope of the project.
2. There are no costs incurred by the customer as a result of discussing a project or receiving a project proposal from GWC.
3. The customer is not obligated to work with GWC in any manner until a content project proposal is approved.
4. Average turnaround time for delivery of content is 5 business days from the date that the project proposal is accepted. Timeframe may vary based on extent of project.
5. GWC provides one revision to copy at no additional charge to the customer. Further revisions will require additional payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. GWC must be notified of change requests/revisions within five business days after the customer receives a working draft or product.
7. GWC provides custom, unique content for each customer. All copy is original. No recycling or reselling of previously created copy.
8. Once the client has approved a final draft and payment for service has been reconciled, the client owns full rights to the final copy and may use the purchased content in any manner that they wish.
9. All content sales are final following the approval of and payment for copy. No returns or refunds for product or on services rendered.
